Ingredients

• 8 oz. shredded cheddar
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 8 Tbs. butter
• ½ cup Merlot wine
• 1tsp. dry mustard
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• ½ cup chopped parsley
• 16 roasted garlic cloves
• 1 tsp. fresh chopped rosemary (or to taste)
• salt and pepper

Directions

Puree all in food processor until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste
Serve at room temperature with favorite crackers or vegetables.
