Ingredients

Mexican Chocolate Cake
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 cups Winter Warmth Wine
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup cocoa (Ghiradelli best)
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp ancho chili powder

Winter Warmth Buttercream Icing
• ¼ cup butter (1/2 stick)
• 2 cups confectioners sugar
• ¼ cup Winter Warmth

Directions

Mexican Chocolate Cake
Mix all ingredients in a mixer (sift the cocoa to make sure there are no lumps).  Bake in a 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for about 30 min or until done.  Cool and top with Winter Warmth Buttercream Icing.

Winter Warmth Buttercream Icing
Mix all ingredients in a mixer.  Beat well.
