Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 cups Chambourcin
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup cocoa (Ghiradelli preferred)
• 2 tsp baking soda

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a mixer (sift the cocoa to make sure there are no lumps).  Bake in a 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for about 30 min or until done.  Cool and top with Chambourcin Caramel Sauce.
