On sale for the month of June is our 2007
Pinot Noir at 10% off. The Pinot is an excellent
summertime red due to its fruity nature and light
body.
Two other new releases include our 2007
Cabernet Franc and 2007 Merlot; we still have
the 2006 vintages of both of these varietals
which are on sale for 10% off. 2007 was
drier and hotter than 2006 resulting in wines
that are richer and more robust. It is
interesting to try the two vintages side by side.
Speaking of the 2007 Cabernet Franc and 2007
Merlot, these two wines won silver medals at
the National Women’s Wine Competition held
in California. This is an international
competition of wines made and judged by women

and we’re thrilled to have these two wines
honored.
We typically have some kind of big sale on Memorial Day weekend – keep a watch for an email about it later in the month.
We have set dates for our summer festivals. Mark
your calendars for Saturday, June 20th for our
Summer Solstice festival, Saturday, July 25th
for our Anniversary festival, and Saturday, September
19th for our Fall Equinox festival. The
next Berks County Wine Trail event will be Cool
Wine Treats Weekend held on August 8th and 9th.
