September Sale
On sale for the month of September is our Harvest Red at 10% off per bottle. An off-dry blend of Foch and Chancellor, this easy-to-drink red wine gets us longing for the cool nights of fall. Delightful with a big, steaming bowl of pasta.
Events
Thanks to everyone who came out to participate in The Great Pennsylvania Wine Toast! Thanks to all of you, we at Manatawny certainly did our part with 382 people toasting. Unfortunately, the World Record was not even close to being broken with less than 8000 total participants (needed over 17,000). Even though that was disappointing, we had a fun day anyway!
This coming weekend, Labor Day weekend, we will have a special sale on our 2007 Pinot Noir – 30% off per bottle. The sale will run from Friday through Monday and we’ll have a fun, tropical Pinot Punch to taste made only with ingredients starting with P. You’ll have to come taste it to find out what they are!
On Saturday, September 18th, we are having our last festival of the year – the Equinox festival. More details to come in a few weeks.
Another event happening on September 18th is being conducted by our friends Dean and Lisa Foster from 6:30 to 10:00 pm at the Perkiomen Valley Library in Schwenksville. They are conducting a USA vs French wine blind tasting and you can get more information by calling 610-469-6164 or emailing Vintageconnections@comcast.net.
Tickets are availble for the Berks County Wine Trails' annual Artisan Cheese and Wine weekend which is taking place on October 9th and 10th.. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 the day of the event and are availabe at each of the 8 wineries and also online at www.localwineevents.com.
